You will need to provide a home address, phone number and the names of all the members of your party. You can use our booking form if you wish.

Reservations will be held for 6 days to allow payment to arrive.

Payment: Bookings can be reserved with a cheque for 30% of the total holiday price. The balance is due 8 weeks before your holiday start date. If booking less that 8 weeks before, full payment is required.

Cancellation: Please let us know if you need to cancel your booking. Any money paid can only be refunded if we re-book those dates.

Children

Many of our visitors bring children as the property is ideal: The garden is enclosed and there are no stairs to worry about. We have a travel cot, a highchair and all rooms are fitted with blackout blinds: essential for peaceful sleep in the summer.

In the living room you'll find DVDs, board games, books and toys. The TV has FreeView and can receive Cbeebies!

We have provided an information folder with advice on things to do and we are often on hand to answer queries or lend equipment you may have forgotten.

Naomi (a qualified primary teacher) can provide a babysitting service if you fancy a night off (£8 per hour).
