The 'Small Print'
Deposits and balances are generally non refundable but if you need to cancel your holiday we will
try to re-book the dates. If we do we will refund your money. I'm afraid we are going to make a £20 charge for
this from now on; it happened last year and we spent a fair amount of time and effort finding someone else
and dealing with the associated paperwork.
Insurance: The property is insured for all the usual risks but the company has advised me that, as with all holiday
accommodation, your belongings are not covered on our insurance. Please make sure you have your own cover in place.
